Collect & Drop Off in person
New and regular clients are welcome to our Manchester home to collect their event equipment rentals. Furthermore, we will gladly give you a helping hand to load your vehicle with the event equipment you have hired from us. One call to let us know when you plan to collect the equipment is all that is required. We will make sure everything is ready before meeting you. Please bear in mind the size of the equipment you hire will determine the vehicle you will need for transport. Should you decide to collect in person there is no delivery fee due.
In working hours, we often deliver to our event equipment rental customers from our Manchester base in North West England. Collection is included in the price. We offer an extremely competitively priced delivery and collection service to and from your venue.
Our daytime delivery and collection hours are 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Delivery charges are according to recognised standard industry delivery charges. We use a standard calculation, feel free to ask us for details. Whatever, our rates are always very competitive and fair. As a pointer, the closer the venue is to our Manchester base, the cheaper the delivery charge is likely to be.
Out of Working Hours Delivery
Should you specify a time-slot which is out of working hours such as an evening, weekend or holiday, there could be an increased delivery charge. Just call us to discuss your needs.
Special Requirements Delivery
For special deliveries, like non-ground floor, stairs and over obstacles, ideally we will need 7-days advance notice and extra charges could apply. Please contact us to discuss your delivery and collection needs to avoid disappointment.
